The Fullerton Chinese Cultural Association (FCCA) is a non-profit organization based in the City of Fullerton, Orange County, California. The FCCA is managed by its Board of Directors. Thirty members are elected for a two-year term. One of the Board member is elected to be the Principal of the Fullerton Chinese School. Additional school officials are then appointed by the school principal. These school officials included parents and Board members. There is no full-time staff for this organization, and all Board members and School Officials serve voluntarily without any pay.

The Fullerton Chinese School is a major component of the FCCA and is operated by the FCCA. The Fullerton Chinese School is open to all residence in the community. Meeting once a week on Saturday morning at Sunny Hills High School. It teaches Chinese mandarin to students with or without previous Chinese background.

The FCCA serves the community of northern Orange County, including Fullerton, Anaheim, Brea, La Habra, La Mirada, Placentia, and Yorba Linda. Membership is open to all residence in the community, and extends as far as Cerritos, Buena Park, Orange, Diamond Bar, and Hacienda Heights.

The Board meets once every month on Friday evenings at a Board of Director’s house. The Association shares the office with the Chinese School and is open on Saturday morning. The publics are welcome to visit at that time.

富樂頓華人協會為一非營業利組織。其理事會負責各項業務之推動。 理事會由三十位理事組成。理事由全體會員選舉擔任, 任期兩年。 中文學校校長由理事會推選聘任，並為當然理事。其它學校校務人員由校長指定。 校務人員包括一些理事及家長們。所有理事及校務人員均為義務工作。

富樂頓中文學校為協會的一主要部門，各項課程均對所有社區居民開放。 每星期六上午，在富樂頓日光坡高中校舍上課。 設有不同班級給說中文的家庭和不說中文的家庭。

協會設於美國加州，橙縣之富樂頓市。簡稱 FCCA。 協會主要服務社區為北橙縣，包括 Fullerton, Anaheim, Brea, La Habra, La Mirada, Placentia, 及 Yorba Linda。 歡迎所有社區居民參加。 會員居住城市包括以上社區，還更加有 Cerritos, Buena Park, Orange, Diamond Bar, and Hacienda Heights 等市。
