協會簡章

  • Membership Qualification
    • Any person dedicated to the purpose of the Association and making timely payment of annual dues and fees.
  • Membership Dues
    • Annual due is $20, which covers the period from July 1 to June 30.
  • Rights of Members
    • Members or children of members can enroll in the Chinese School and attend any School or Association activities.
    • Receive Association newsletters.
    • Be elected as a Director of the Board and/or as a school officer.
    • Attend member meeting and vote for the Directors of the Board.
  • Director Election and Duties
    • Thirty (30) Directors are elected in the annual member meeting to conduct the activities of the association.
    • Directors shall not receive any salaries for their services.
    • Each Director shall hold office for two (2) years. Directors can be re-elected.
    • The Chairperson of the Board and the school Principal are elected among Directors of the Board and shall hold office for one (1) year. They can be re-elected once.
    • Board meeting is held once a month to review the activities of the Association.
  • 會員資格
    • 有意發揚協會宗旨，並按時繳納會費者，均可成為會員。
  • 會費
    • 年會費$20，會籍有效期為每年7月1日至次年6月30日。
  • 會員權利
    • 本人或子女在中文學校註冊就讀，及參加協會或中文 學校舉辦的任何活動。
    • 免費收閱富華報導。
    • 參加競選協會理事及學校行政工作。
    • 參加會員大會並投票選舉理事。
  • 理事產生及職責
    • 會員大會選出30名理事以推動協會及中文學校宗旨及工作。
    • 所有理事均為無酬職位。
    • 理事任期為兩年，連選得連任。
    • 會長和校長由理事互選產生，任期為一年，連選得連任一次。
    • 理事會於每月召開一次，檢討會務推動及工作進度。
